How do I book a tour?

Choose your tour, then send us your dates and group size by email at reservas@peruamazon.pe or by WhatsApp. We confirm availability and send you the itinerary.
Are flights included?

No. Flights to Iquitos are not included. Iquitos has no road connection to the rest of Peru, so most travelers fly in from Lima.
What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations up to 72 hours before your tour starts. Cancellations in the last 48 hours have a 25% fee for administrative and operating costs. If you do not show up, we charge 100% of the price. We do not refund unused nights.
Are you responsible for flight delays?

No. We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations.
Is travel insurance included?

The lodge tours include travel insurance during your stay in the jungle.
